Marketingforce Holds 2026 Interim Results Presentation Enterprise AI Value Realisation and the Full-Stack Token Factory Drive Scaled Scenario Deployment

(August 14, 2026, Shanghai) — Marketingforce Management Ltd (Stock Code: 02556.HK, “Marketingforce” or the “Company”; together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) announced on August 13 its interim results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, and held its 2026 Interim Results Presentation in Shanghai on August 14. Management discussed the Group’s operating performance for the first half of 2026, the scaled deployment of enterprise AI applications, the Full-Stack Token Factory strategy and future development priorities with investors, analysts, institutional representatives and financial media.
Strong Results Highlight Continued Improvement in Operating Quality
According to the announcement published on HKEX, the Group recorded total revenue of RMB1.96 billion, up 111.2% year on year; revenue from its AI application business reached RMB1.13 billion, up 123.7%; net profit amounted to RMB200 million, up 466.1%; and net cash inflow from operating activities was RMB500.1 million. The concurrent improvement in revenue, profit and cash flow reflected the scaled deployment of enterprise AI applications and continued improvement in operating quality.
The number of customers increased by 25.9% year on year and average monthly revenue per user rose by 80.0%. Total headcount increased by 13.8% to 1,893, while overall employee productivity, measured as total revenue per employee, improved by 85.6%. The selling expense ratio was 11.4% and the administrative expense ratio was 4.6%, both down 5.6 percentage points year on year. The R&D expense ratio was 16.6%.
Full-Stack Token Factory Drives Scaled Scenario Deployment
At the presentation, the Company highlighted AI-Agentforce Agent Platform 3.0, the KnowForce AI Enterprise Knowledge Platform and GenAI OS. AI-Agentforce 3.0 supports natural-language agent creation, multi-agent system collaboration, and multimodal understanding and interaction; KnowForce AI connects enterprise databases, knowledge bases and knowledge graphs; and GenAI OS supports the training, management, invocation and iteration of scenario-specific agents on the Company’s AI-native platform.
The Company continues to enhance scenario-specific agents for marketing, sales, customer service, coaching, business analytics, cross-border trade and R&D. T-GEO connects the full journey from a user’s question on an AI application platform to answer delivery, helping brands improve AI visibility; EVA supports automated overseas customer acquisition; and Nora covers the end-to-end AI video-marketing process.
Deepening the Scenario Token Model and Ecosystem Collaboration
Through its Full-Stack Token Factory, the Company converts general-purpose model Tokens into Scenario Tokens that are deliverable, traceable, reusable and billable, advancing enterprise AI applications from tool procurement toward value delivery. It will continue to explore subscriptions, outcome-based pricing, usage-based pricing and Scenario Token charging.
Looking ahead to the second half, the Company will continue to upgrade AI-Agentforce, KnowForce AI and GenAI OS, broaden the coverage of scenario-specific agents, accelerate ecosystem development and global deployment, and pursue high-quality, sustainable growth under its principles of high gross margin, strong cash flow and customer value creation.
